Bravo’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey” hasn’t even aired yet, but it’s already making headlines since Jacqueline Laurita is expecting her third child this summer. Laurita was visibly pregnant at the Bravo upfront presentations in New York City, where the network promoted its upcoming summer and fall schedule.

In the “Real Housewives of NJ” preview, we saw a frustrated Laurita battling pregnancy issues, so it’s great to hear that it all worked out. The preview also provided a brief look at what’s to expect with the latest “Housewives” season, which promises not to disappoint. Jacqueline’s husband, Chris, is the brother of Caroline and Dina Manzo, two of her “Housewives” cast-mates.

In other Bravo TV news, yesterday the network announced a slew of post-Project Runway plans and it looks like we have A LOT to get excited about. On the agenda: competitions and reality series focusing on leaders in food, style, and art. One highlight is American Artist, produced by Sarah Jessica Parker and her production company, Pretty Matches, as well as Magical Elves, which is the team behind Project Runway and Top Chef. The show brings together twelve aspiring artists as they compete for a gallery show, cash prize and sponsored national tour. Bravo is also is attempting a few scripted series, which is unknown territory for the network. Here’s the full line-up of what else Bravo has in store for us and we can’t wait to ‘Watch what happens’:

Blueprint and 30 Under 30 (Bravo’s scripted shows)

Blueprint is being brought to you by the genius’ behind Gossip Girl and Six Feet Under.  The dramedy focuses on the lives two NYC architects and best friends, one who is gay and one who is straight, who own New York’s hottest architecture and interior-design firm.

30 Under 30 will revolves around group of up-and-coming friends, including a chef, blogger, artist, and a high-end real estate agent, who find themselves on a “30 Under 30″ list and thus begin to rise through New York social circles.

kellycutrone

Kell on Earth focuses on Kelly Cutrone, the owner of the successful People’s Revolution PR firm who is widely known from her appearances on The Hills and The City. Cutrone is a leader in her industry, and outspoken (Ashley Dupree anyone) so we can’t wait to see what she has in store for us.

Launch My Line is Bravo’s newest fashion competition series and feature 10 established fashion designers paired with pop culture notables, who are regarded in their own field of expertise, but have always dreamed of launching their own fashion lines. No word yet on which celebrities are slated to compete but DSquared2 twin brothers, Dean and Dan Caten, will serve as hosts.

Design Sixx — the series will focus on husband and wife real estate design, Sixx Design, who seek out abandoned Manhattan buildings and transform them into luxurious, multi-million dollar homes. Robert and Cortney Novogratz take their six children along for the ride as they live in the buildings while they are being renovated. To make things even more stressful, the children are all under the age of 11 and Cortney is pregnant with a seventh child.

Other Bravo shows currently in development:

Eric B. – this docu-series focuses on florist Eric Buterbaugh, who designed the flowers for Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher’s wedding (among others), so it’s not surprising that the couple is behind this reality show.

Project Runway fashion designer, Laura Bennett, has her own docu-series in development. Bennett manages a husband and six children while juggling her fashion design career.

Secret Life of Supermodels – this series will focus on world renowned supermodels Carol Alt, Maggie Rizer, Frederique Van Der Wal, Mariel Hemingway, Irina Pantaeva and Patricia Velasquez as they travel the world for their modeling careers.

Social Heights — the series focuses on a group of Manhattan social climbers as they claw their way to the top of the social elite.

NUP_105078_0661Jackie’s Gym Takeover – you know Jackie Warner from her Bravo series, Work Out, but now in addition to making over people’s bodies she’s making over businesses. Warner will help struggling gym owners turn their failing businesses into a success.
