He Said/She Said is what the divorce battle of the UK’s Katie Price (aka Jordan) and her husband Peter Andre is turning into with both parties denying they want to split. So what gives?

It turns out the man seen canoodling with the glamour model is actually GAY. Top international equestrian Spencer Wilton has come forward to say he was one of three men pictured with Katie on Friday night at a nightclub in the UK but he insists there was no inappropriate behaviour. ‘There’s nothing to explain – we were just on a fun night out. There’s nothing in it, we’d been at Badminton Horse Trials and we went out’, he told The UK’s Sun. ‘It’s all been blown up into something that it isn’t.’

Peter Andre was spotted today for the first time since the couple’s separation was announced after discovering his wife Katie Price has left the country with his children Junior and Princess. The model, 30, fled Britain with her children shortly after it emerged that the pair’s three-and-a-half year marriage had come to an abrupt end. Katie’s seven-year-old son Harvey, her child with footballer Dwight Yorke, was taken to school by his nanny.

Last night Katie told The Sun how Peter had instigated the split, revealing she is “devastated”. She said: “Pete is the love of my life and my life, we have children together and I am devastated and disappointed by Peter’s decision to separate and divorce me, as I married him for life. “This is not what I want and the decision has been taken out of my hands. I will not comment further or do any interviews regarding the separation. But I will always love my Pete.” Katie claimed that she would always love Pete and that he dumped her. Andre, 36, is firing back saying he could no longer cope with his ‘out of control’ wife. ‘I’m not jealous of anybody until Katie’s drunk,’ he told The Sun. ‘There’s nobody I feel threatened by when she’s sober. ‘But if she’s been drinking, I know she’s capable of anything. The devil gets inside her and she’s a nightmare.’

The couple, who met on reality television show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, split mere hours after pictures of Katie emerged drunk and flirting with another man (who happens to be gay) while she was out on Friday night. This was the last straw for the fragile relationship.

News of the couples separation comes as no surprise after months of speculation about the state of their marriage. Despite reports that the couple signed a pre-nuptial agreement prior to their marriage, the split will likely result in an ugly courtroom battle over custody of their two young children.
