UPDATE: Donald Trump announced he will allow Miss California Carrie Prejean to keep her crown

The story is so bizarre I can’t even believe I am actually writing this….Miss California Carrie Prejean said ’satan’ tempted her to answer the gay marriage question in the Miss America pageant. Serious?  This comes as she awaits the fate of her crown since Donald Trump will announce today whether he will allow the gay-bashing pageant queen to keep her Miss California USA crown. Trump, who owns the Miss USA pageant is scheduled to speak at a press conference in Manhattan today to reveal his decision. Prejean was named first runner-up in the Miss USA pageant on April 19.

Prejean, 21, sparked a media firestorm during last month’s Miss USA pageant when she answered a judge’s question by saying she believes marriage should be only between a man and a woman. In addition, she failed to reveal that she posed for nude photographs. In an interview on Monday with a conservative Christian radio talk show, Prejean blamed her response on the devil himself saying, “I felt as though Satan was trying to tempt me in asking this question.” She went on to say, ”And then God was in my head and in my heart saying: ‘Do not compromise this. You need to stand up for Me and you need to share with all these people…you need to witness to them.’” According to Prejean, God then asked her, “Carrie, how bad do you want this? Are you willing to compromise your beliefs for a one-year crown of Miss USA?” Carrie Prejean has been making headline news since answering a question on gay marriage posed by guest judge Perez Hilton, an openly gay celebrity blogger. “I think in my country, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman,” she said.

This morning, TMZ released newly uncovered a brand new set topless photo’s of Miss California which were taken last year, right before she applied for the crown. She conveniently failed to mention the series of topless photo’s to the Miss California officials, which have since been leaked and made headlines.
