According to TMZ, the producers behind the “Real Housewives” shows are on the hunt for their next location to add Beverly Hills to the franchise which already includes Orange County, Atlanta, New York City, and New Jersey. TMZ found the casting ad posted: “Bravo is looking for outgoing, exciting, strong, focused women who reside in and around the Beverly Hills area that want to share their lives. We are looking for women who are lively and energetic, with defined opinions and views. Our featured women should have busy lives, be involved with the community, have a strong work ethic, and an active social calendar.”

How would “Real Housewives” of Beverly Hills differ from Orange County? A lot! Think movie producer wives, wanna-be actresses, dramatic divorces, shopping sprees on Rodeo Drive, movie premieres…you catch my drift. I would expect that anyone who signs on to the series at this point know they must be able to provide viewers with drama, crazy antics, spending sprees, extravagant lifestyles, etc. Sounds like a match made in reality-TV heaven to me.
