Lady Gaga tells Rolling Stone that men are ‘all intimidated by’ her bisexuality

lady_gaga_rs_00Lady Gaga is on top of the world with two #1 hit singles, a platinum album, and she’s made the cover of Rolling Stone’s annual Hot List issue. In the interview, Lady Gaga opened up about her image, her relationships, and the fact that her bisexuality has been an ongoing problem in her relationships with men. “The fact that I’m into women, they’re all intimidated by it,” she told the magazine. “It makes them uncomfortable. They’re like, ‘I don’t need to have a threesome, I’m happy with just you.’ ”

Gaga is currently in a relationship (with a man) but music is her #1 priority right now. “[My current boyfriend] means a lot to me, but my music’s not going to wake up tomorrow morning and tell me it doesn’t love me anymore. I choose to have someone in my life when I can.” Lady Gaga went on to say that her diva-like persona and wild style of dress are a result of her strict Catholic upbringing: ” It’s just that all the years of schooling and being in a Catholic environment and living in a place where we were kind of told what was the right way to be, I suppressed all those eccentricities about myself so I could fit in. Once I was free, I was able to be myself. I pulled her out of me, and I found that all of the things about myself that I so desperately tried to suppress for so many years were the very things that all my art and music friends thought were so lovely about me, so I embraced them.”

Susan Boyle Cracking Under Pressure, Threatened to Quit “Britain’s Got Talent”

Susan Boyle threatened to walk away from “Britain’s Got Talent” after having a meltdown in a London hotel, one of the show’s judges said. Piers Morgan told “The Early Show” on Thursday that the breakout star has been a mess since earning a slot in the program’s finale. “She even threatened to leave the show yesterday at one stage because of the sheer amount of pressure on her,” Morgan said. Boyle, the frumpy Scottish singer who shocked audiences with her stunning voice, yelled “F** off” at a television tuned to the program in the bar of Wembley Plaza Hotel Tuesday. Then Wednesday night, the songstress cursed out guests and cops stationed outside of the hotel. She reportedly yelled at the strangers, “How f—ing dare you! You can’t f—ing talk to me like that.”

Morgan said the price of fame is starting to sink in for Boyle, who came from a tiny town and said she had never even been kissed. “She is beginning to realize that her life will never be the same,” he said. “But you know, I feel very, very sorry for her.” Morgan said he and judge Simon Cowell are trying to keep Boyle calm and prepare her for Saturday’s finale. On the show last week, her voiced cracked at the start of her performance. “She knows that she’s got this amazing career ahead of her, if she can nail that song on Saturday,” he said. “This is the two minutes that will define Susan Boyle’s life.”
