What a blast from the past…and not in the best way. Former Baywatch babe Carmen Electra, known for her luxurious, lengthy locks, is the latest celebrity to adopt the half-shaved head look. Carmen debuted her new haircut, which features sides of her head buzzed cut, during a night out on the town.

I’ll admit, I rocked this look in high school. I too have very long hair and shaved the underside so if the hair was worn down you couldn’t tell it was shaved. When you pull it up, like Carmen, the shaved look was on prominent display. Take it from someone who has been there, this look is best left in the 1980’s and it’s a bitch to grow out your hair afterwards.
