Fashion designers Dolce & Gabbana toasted the Queen of Pop, Madonna, by throwing her an after-show party last night in Milan, Italy. The Material Girl was escorted to the event by her handsome boy toy, Jesus Luz.

Italian designer duo Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana hosted the party at Gold, their multi-storied bar/restaurant/bistro. Dressed in a sleeveless leopard print Dolce and Gabbana number and loose wavy hair, Madonna was beaming. And who wouldn’t be, surrounded by so many handsome men.

Madonna is currently in the midst of a European tour and is celebrated an outstanding performance in Milan just prior to her dinner party. It was an adults only affair with her children Lourdes, 12, Rocco, 8, David Banda, 3, and new addition Mercy, 4, all sitting the night out.

Jesus Luz is currently being featured in Dolce & Gabbana’s Fall ’09 ad campaign. Luz body is on full display as he posed shirtless for famed photographed Steven Klein at Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn.
