Kelly Bensimon has said she’s ready for season 3 of “The Real Housewives of New York City” but she’ll have to contend with on-screen nemesis Bethenny Frankel. “I’m definitely going to do the Housewives this season,” Frankel told People magazine. “It’s been great … I love it. I understand we start filming [season 3] in September.”

Frankel, who spoke with the magazine at the Super Saturday 12 Designer Garage Sale last weekend in the Hamptons, said she does have dreams for a solo show but a deal is “unsigned.” She did suggest that she would consider doing a variety show or a cooking show, which would be ideal for the SkinnyGirl chef and best-selling author of “Naturally Thin.”

So is she engaged? Frankel said that she and boyfriend Jason Hoppy DO plan on marrying, but they’re not currently engaged. “You don’t see any ring,” she said.
