Ryan Jenkins life ended in a suicide in a remote Canadian motel room, and police who had sought the reality show contestant in the killing of his ex-wife hunted Monday for someone new: the mysterious woman who accompanied him to his lodgings.

Ryan Alexander Jenkins was found dead from an apparent suicide in his Vancouver motel room, ending a manhunt that began with the discovery last week of Jasmine Fiore’s body in a Southern California Dumpster. “I have a lot of mixed feelings about it,” Fiore’s mother, Lisa (Spirit) Lapore said. “I’m sure at some point I’ll be able to talk about this, but right now I need to be in touch with the police.”

Ryan Jenkins was a virtual unknown until last week murder scandal unraveled. He premiered on the Fameball totem after his wife was found dead and his star power continued to rise after he fled the country to avoid prosecution. These unfortunate circumstances have led to the sudden popularity of these 2 individuals. While police continue to investigate Jenkins suicide, his fameball will continue to rise.

Jenkins, a contestant on the canceled VH1 reality show “Megan Wants a Millionaire,” was found dead by workers at a budget motel in Hope, British Columbia. The 32-year-old fugitive had been hiding out in room 2 at the Thunderbird Motel since Friday. The manager of The Thunderbird Motel and his nephew said they found Jenkins hanging from the bar of a coat rack by a belt. They said a young woman had checked him in to the two-story inn surrounded by trees. The motel manager said the woman paid cash for three nights and when the couple didn’t check out, he unlocked the room and found him dead.

Kevin Walker, who manages the Thunderbird Motel, said Jenkins and the mystery woman arrived Thursday in a Chrysler PT Cruiser with tinted windows and license plates from Alberta, Jenkins’ home province. He stayed in the car while the woman checked them in, he said. She was blonde, in her early 20s and “naturally pretty, one of those wholesome little ladies,” he said.

The 32-year-old real estate developer and investor was charged in California with first-degree murder Thursday after the dismembered body of Jasmine Fiore was found in a trash bin in Buena Park, southeast of Los Angeles. The two were married in a Las Vegas casino after taping for “Megan Wants a Millionaire” finished in early March and court records show the date of marriage as March 18. Lapore said her daughter realized the marriage was a big mistake and got an annulment in May after the couples love soured due to Jenkins’ jealous rages. Friends said Jenkins hit the roof when he caught Fiore texting an ex-beau hours before she disappeared. Fiore was last seen alive Aug. 13, checking into a San Diego hotel with Jenkins. An autopsy revealed Fiore was strangled.

In the meantime, a photograph of what is said to be Jasmine Fiore’s mutilated body was posted on the TMZ site over the weekend. The highly inappropriate picture caused such a negative reaction that it was taken down, but other disrespectful sites are still showing it,

Friends said Fiore was a model who worked mainly in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, doing gigs such as being bodypainted at parties. She also was an aspiring actress and had a bit part in a small 2008 horror science-fiction movie, “The Abandoned,” according to the Internet Movie Database.

Jenkins was recently a contestant on VH1 reality show “Megan Wants a Millionaire,” in which wealthy young men tried to win over a materialistic blonde. The network canceled the show Friday. Jenkins also was a participant in an as-yet-unaired competitive reality series, “I Love Money 3.” A VH1 spokesman said no decision has been made on whether or not to run the show.

‘Grey’s Anatomy” star Eric Dane and his wife, Rebecca Gayheart, appear to be taking the sex tape leak in stride as they were seen on Friday preparing for a weekend getaway. But the sex tape, which is currently being investigated by police, appears not to be going away anytime soon as allegations about tubmate, Kari Ann Peniche, have surfaced claiming she was a madam.

Kari Ann Peniche is getting her 15 minutes of fame and then some as her fameball continues to rise as this sex tape scandal shows no signs of dying down anytime soon. Multiple sources have revealed the dethroned Miss United States Teen admitted to once being in the sex-for-hire business. Country singer Mindy McCready said Peniche revealed that she hooked up guys with hookers when the two ladies were roommates on VH-1’s “Celebrity Rehab.” “Did she say she’d been a madam?” says McCready. “She sure did.”

Bodyguard Joey Gonzalez recalls, “Kari Ann wanted to hire me to follow a girl who worked for her – who she said was skimming money and stealing clients. I declined. But she bragged about how her girls could make $15,000 a month. She introduced me to one girl who told me she’d just gotten a boob job Kari Ann had paid for.”

Author Mark Ebner says Peniche told him she used to “subcontract” for big-time madam Michelle (Nici) Braun, who pleaded guilty this year to money laundering and prostitution. “Kari Ann said that, unlike Nici, she’d only take 40% of what a girl brought in,” recalls Ebner, adding that Peniche admitted having turned tricks herself. (Another source says Peniche once joked, “I’ve gone from labor to management.”)

Ebner was present on July 30 at an L.A. Starbucks when an unnamed informant gave LAPD cops the Dane-Gayheart-Peniche tape. “The police said they already had Kari Ann under surveillance,” says Ebner, who admitted to leaking the tape on Gawker.com.

On the tape, Dane and Gayheart are aware of Peniche’s line of work. “I was so bummed when you said that … we had to call one of your girls,” the heavy-lidded Gayheart tells Peniche. “I said, ‘No, [we want] you!” Marty Singer, the couple’s attorney, argues that Gayheart may just have been referring to “girls to party with them.” Singer insists that neither Gayheart nor Dane had sex with Peniche, that they did not pay her, and that it was not Dane’s credit card we see Peniche reading into a telephone. “Eric says he wasn’t even present for that scene,” says Singer. “It was edited in later.”
