Tim Burton’s Magical Fashion
In anticipation of his career retrospective at New York’s Museum of Modern Art, filmmaker Tim Burton reimagines this season’s devilishly dark delights in a creepy and captivating photoshoot for Harpers Bazaar October 2009 issue.

Photographed by Tim Walker, the collection of photos feature models dressed in costumes similar to those worn in Burton’s famous films such as Edward Scissorhands, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Capturing the quirky eccentricities of famed director, who even posed in a clown suit for the magazine, the photos take you on a journey of Burton’s visually imaginative films with a collaboration of high-end fashion that appropriately exudes the feeling of his films.
The Tim Burton retrospective at the MOMA will run from November 22, 2009–April 26, 2010
