“Harry Potter” star Emma Watson arrived at London Fashion Week proving that even though she is a college student, she certainly doesn’t dress like one. Wearing a textured metallic Burberry minidress with black banded waist, Watson proved her fashion worthiness as spokesman for the Burberry brand in an eye catching ensemble. The 19-year-old actress stole the show as she arrived to the Burberry show in the glittering dress, sky high black heels, and dark dramatic eye makeup.

The perennially glamorous Victoria Beckham looked posh as ever in a black knee-length dress with square neck and flared skirt from her collections Spring / Summer 2010 collection.

“Slumdog Millionaire” stars and off-screen lovers Freida Pinto and Dev Patel, who are now happily flaunting their relationship after a spell of camera-dodging, looked adorable as ever. Pinto shined in a delicately draped Burberry creamy yellow dress which featured flowing  ruched layers over a simple white tank dress. Insane!

All the stars wore Burberry: Liv Tyler opted for black leggings paired with Burberry heels. Alexa Chung wore a classic Burberry Prorsum Pre-Fall 2009 trench coat over her LBD. Mary Kate Olsen wore a black tulle dress under a black coat paired with black suede Burberry wedge heels.

Vogue Editor-in-Chief, Anna Wintour, attended the event wearing her trademark Chanel sunglasses and a gold / bronze metallic Oscar de la Renta dress.

Earlier in the evening, fashion giant Burberry announced it was ‘thrilled to be back’ in London as top industry names gathered tonight for one of the most eagerly-awaited catwalk shows of the year. The brand switched its fashion show to London from Milan to help celebrate 25 years of fashion in Britain.

Of the decision to switch the brand’s show to London Burberry said: ‘You know it just felt like the right time for us. The city is celebrating 25 years of London fashion. It’s been unbelievable the support we have had. We are thrilled to be back. A tremendous amount of business is done here. It is a halo for the brand.’

Burberry was founded in the mid 1800s when a 21-year-old draper’s apprentice opened a small outfitter’s shop in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The Spring / Summer 2010 collection for Burberry Prorsum was designed by Christopher Bailey and marked the first time the fashion brand has shown at London Fashion Week since Bailey became creative director.
