The hosts of The TODAY Show helped PEOPLE magazine celebrate its 35th anniversary by recreating the show’s set from 1974. All four anchors including Matt Lauer, Meredith Vieira, Ann Curry, and Al Roker donned ’70s polyester, long shaggy hair and porn-like mustaches (guys, of course) for the photo spread.

The Today Show is the morning show to watch in New York and I have been a devoted fan for years. Seeing the guys channel Dirk Diggler and the gals channel Mary Tyler Moore has me in tears.

Also, I can’t help but notice how absolutely fabulous Ann Curry’s hair looks. Is that a Diane von Furstenberg wrap dress?
