I am in love!

On the hunt for the perfect bootie for fall I came across a photo of a fashionista wearing Christian Louboutin’s Fifre Suede Ankle Boots in red. The appeal is the button-and-loop closure, which adds a unique twist to plain-old booties. Available in black, brown, charcoal gray and red they retail for $1,195. A girl can dream, right?

Speaking of the shoe maestro, Louboutin is best known for designing sky-high, red soled stiletto heels, but his collection of flats for fall is quite impressive. My favorite is the Candy Flat, a patent leather and lace ballet flat with zipper trim, zipper bow and studded cap toe. The ultimate in low-soled footwear, these shoes are a bold statement. But if you have to wear flats, why not make them fabulous!
