Victoria Beckham is a hair chameleon who has played with color (blond, brown), extensions and various edgy cuts. Her ever present changing, flamboyant hairstyles set trends the moment she appears in public with a new do and Beckham loyalists are certain to love the new locks she debuted at a Lakers basketball game on Friday.

The ex-Spice Girl turned fashion designer unveiled her new look during an LA Lakers basketball game she attended with husband David, 34, and sons Romeo, seven and four-year-old Cruz.

Victoria Beckham’s new tousled shoulder-length style has resulted in an almost unanimous thumbs-up from the fashion world since it’s unveiling over the weekend. Her tousled layers and flowing waves are a big change from her previous looks which featured razor sharp bobs. The end result is simply sophisticated and stylish.

The gentler style comes in the wake of the Posh bob, a striking Audrey Hepburn-esque pixie crop, which became one of the most copied cuts of the past year.

Seated in courtside seats, Beckham appeared in her best effortlessly chic ensemble which included super-skinny dVb black jeans, a black Rick Owens vest top and sky-scraper black and gold Christian Louboutin Maggie heels. The suede platform Maggie 140 statement stiletto can stand on its own with gold-toned chainmail cap toe and 5-inch heel. Retailing for $930, the Maggie she is not ideal for basketball courts, although it looks fabulous in the front row.

At one point, the basketball rolled off the court toward the Beckham family and Victoria quickly swept her feet up out of the way in horror, thankful that the dirty ball didn’t hit her feet.

The Beckham’s were seated in the family’s $2,200 front-row seats. Cruz and Romeo had a ball cheering for the players, while Posh remained camera ready for the legions of photographers trying to snap her photo.
