Thanksgiving is two days away and my house is filled with talk of turkey and football. During this celebratory time of year, pause for a moment and pay tribute to the men and women of the United States Armed Forces who are spending their holidays without their family in order to preserve our freedom.

The mission of Let’s Say Thanks is to provide a way for individuals across the country to recognize U.S. troops stationed overseas. This web site gives you an opportunity to send a free printed postcard to U.S. military personnel showing your support and appreciation for their service to our country.

The postcards, depicting patriotic scenes and hometown images, were selected from a pool of entries from children across the country.

All you have to do is click on your favorite design and either select the message that best expresses your sentiment or draft a personal note.
