Jessica Simpson is a woman after my own heart: a luxury handbag addict. She is constantly seen sporting pieces from her endless collection of Fendi, Chanel, and Gucci. But at the heart of Jessica’s enviable handbag assortment is her real obsession, Louis Vuitton.

Jessica Simpson has amassed a small fortune in Louis Vuitton including handbags, duffle bags, luggage and even a pet carrier. Kimora Lee Simmons is the largest collector of Louis Vuitton in the world, but I think Jess is attempting to dethrone the current “Queen of LV.”

This week Simpson showed off a new addition to her bevy of investment-worthy Louis Vuitton bags: Louis Vuitton Limited Edition Oskar Waltz Ostrich Lizard Snake Runway Bag.

This bag is no longer in production, but was so exclusive it was only offered to Louis Vuitton VIP clients and retailed for over $6,000.

Taking a break from making music with Smashing Pumpkin’s frontman Billy Corgan, the blonde bombshell enjoyed a night out with friends and gave photographers a busty eyeful in a low-cut, black dress.

Jess looked fierce as she paired her curvy “assets” with a tan leather jacket, sandals from her Jessica Simpson collection, and the exotic Louis Vuitton clutch.

Simpson appeared in fighting shape and ready to show-off her curvier body since she recently took up boxing. She recently Tweeted: “Boxing has changed my life! I have so much energy and it has cured my insomnia. Although I don’t think I can get out of bed I’m SO sore.”

She recently made headlines during a stay in New York City over the Christmas holiday when she was spotted all over town holding a Louis Vuitton Monogram Leopard Stephen Boston bag.

The bag was created to honor the late Stephen Sprouse, who collaborated with Marc Jacobs on the graffiti bags back in 2001, and is a collectors item.

Last night I was at the Louis Vuitton store picking up my Damier Azur Neverfull, which just hit stores this week. I can understand Simpson’s handbag addiction and would go as far to say that I look at her handbag style with envy and consider her one of my handbag role models.
