Host and honoree must have had fashion ESP since both attended the event decked out in Chanel glittering frocks that were jaw-dropping gorgeous.

Britain’s leading lady, Carey Mulligan, looked the part even before taking home the prize of Best Actress for her role in “An Education” in a Chanel Pre-Fall 2010 cheongsam-inspired dress.

The elaborately embroidered dress is accentuated with gold and ruby embellishments. She paired her glitzy frock with a Chanel shoulder bag. INSANE!
