Alexander McQueen’s Pre-Autumn / Pre-Fall 2010 line brings a bitter sweet end to his legacy.

Reportedly inspired by Irish whaling communities and their morning widows, McQueen turned drab tweed into fabulously eccentric pieces. This collection mimics the crisp detail that most seasonal collections would hold. His artistry is one that can never be replicated. It takes a genius to do what he does.

With more than 30 looks, he stayed true to his name while still bringing a new and fresh look. He mixes Gothic chic with mesmerizing patterns creating looks that no one can take their eyes off.

I cannot get over these heels! Paired with a dare i say, luscious, tweed coat this look is wearable and divine.

These heels as well, simply fabulous!

His gowns are truly sculpted into masterpieces. With there flattering drapes and elegant looks they would fit in effortlessly at any red carpet event.
